STEP 5

Once you are happy to proceed, MyHomeStream will prepare a contract which includes the exact figures agreed to in Step 4.

You will be helped through this step by your solicitor, who will review the contract for you and prepare certain basic information that will be included in the contract.

This step normally takes around 21-days.

your guaranteed payments...

STEP 6

Once the paperwork is all signed and the contract becomes unconditional, MyHomeStream will give you a bank cheque for your agreed lump sum payment.

In addition to your lump sum payment, your monthly payments will then be paid to your nominated bank account on the first day of every month – like clockwork!

And finally, you will be introduced to your MyHomeStream Assistant who will be your point of contact with us should you have questions at any time along the way. Feel free to call us. We would like to think of ourselves as minor, silent partners in your home with you.
